Technical Innovation: TPU 3D-Printed Bases
Unlike traditional fursuits that rely on synthetic upholstery foam, Tail Works heads and parts are 100% 3D printed using TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) and foaming TPU.

- Immunity to Moisture: TPU does not absorb sweat or humidity, preventing mold, odor buildup, and structural decay.
- Lightweight & Breathable: Designed with custom wall thickness and ventilation channels to promote convective airflow, keeping the performer cooler.
- Durability: TPU bases are flexible, virtually crush-proof, and hold their exact shape forever.
All custom 3D files and printed bases remain the intellectual property of Tail Works. Reverse engineering, molding, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Materials & Quality
We are dedicated to sourcing only the best materials:
- Faux Fur: 100% premium imported synthetic faux fur. This allows for professional mechanical shaving and fine-detail shaving for expressive facial features and paw designs.
- Inner Lining: High-performance sports mesh to wick sweat and maximize airflow.
- Paws & Claws: Soft plush fabric (Minky/Velboa) for highly tactile, comfortable hand paws.

Please note that Tail Works is a home-based studio that contains cats. While all completed items are thoroughly cleaned, brushed, and sanitized before shipping, we cannot guarantee they are 100% free of cat dander. If you suffer from a severe or life-threatening cat allergy, please take this warning into account.
Performer Safety & Health Warnings
Performing in a fursuit is a physically demanding activity. Please keep the following safety points in mind:
- Heat Retention: Fursuits retain extreme heat. Always stay hydrated, take frequent breaks, and use cooling vests or integrated head fans when necessary.
- Limited Vision & Hearing: Fursuit heads naturally reduce your field of vision (creating blind spots) and muffle ambient sounds. We highly recommend performing with a handler in crowded spaces.
Our Location
The studio is located in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Finished fursuits and parts can be shipped worldwide via mail/postal and courier services. Alternatively, orders can be picked up in person at the studio or hand-delivered during major furry conventions (such as Brasil FurFest).
